There are
presently 2 types of jobs available with us on all India basis.
1. Regional Sales Executives
with independent charge of a small town or a specific territory
within a larger town.
Job content: Identifying and meeting individual prospects of
PRISM Profit Plan as well as
PRISM New style Technical
Analysis Training. Explaining the proposal. Obtaining initial
payment, helping client to fill up necessary forms, installation
of software, training to trade and trouble shooting.
The job entails full-time engagement and the incumbent will be
supported with requisite training and advertisements in local
newspapers to help in prospecting.
Remuneration will consist of a monthly salary, TA, mobile
allowance and generous productivity incentives and bonus.
Candidate profile: Active educated, (min. Graduation) persons
between 25-55 having min. 2/3 years experience in hard core
service selling. The job will require within-the-town travel
and up to date knowledge on stock market and economy. Therefore,
it is essential that s/he will have to regularly read financial
newspaper and be abreast of latest happenings in stock market.
Fluency in local language and English is essential.
Compulsory Training: Selected candidates will have to undergo a
3-day rigorous training schedule on the
PRISM trading system at own
expense. The cost of training is Rs 7,000.
After training, s/he will be appointed as Trainee Sales
Executive and must prove his/her worth over the next 3 months.
On successful completion of his/her trainee period, s/he will be
promoted to Regional Sales Executive position.
During the 3-month period as Trainee Sales Executive s/he will
be paid a contractual fee of Rs 5,000 per month plus Rs 1500 as
travel reimbursement.
Regional Sales Executive will earn a salary of Rs 7,500 per
month plus Rs 2,000 as DA/TA as well as lucrative incentives.
